* Waking up to my son's smiling face.
* Greeting my husband in the afternoon.
* Sunshine.
* Nailing a performance, or getting a poem just right.
*The moment of teaching when a kid has done well and is proud!
* Walking outside in the morning, hearing the birds sing and seeing how many wonderful things each day brings-- letting the natural world put my life into perspective.
* Spending a quiet moment in contemplation or prayer.
* A lot of fannish things make me happy -- good con moments, funny icons, great vids, cool stories, episode squee... I enjoy being a fan.

In other news, I test drove the Firebird today.  She is in crazy good condition. 
The record store was not a treasure trove... I bought some Judy Collins and Peter Paul and Mary that I didn't have.  Yes, I am a folksinger. :)
