My husband and I both had Monday off, and our son was going with friends to a Museum, so we made reservations at  Restaurant Eve for lunch. The chef is Cathal Armstrong -- he was voted best in DC in 2006 and also has a fish pub we plan to go to called Eamonn's Dublin Chipper.
